Too many phishing emails too often

Hello,  I get dozens of double phishing emails per month and no matter what I try (mostly changing my PW) and no matter how many times I send the phishy to Spoof, I keep getting these exasperating emails.  I do not know what to do short of closing my PayPal account.  PayPal doesn't seem to respond to my request for "HELP" no matter how I phrase my plea !  The phishy emails come from all over the world be it China, Iraq, Russia, etc.  I'm so fed up with these stupid emails I'm willing to try anything.  What can I do besides what I've done already dozens of time??  I really appreciate your time and knowledge and I thank you in advance for any suggestion you may have.  Lou

Sorry but what does paypal have to do with it?

Even if you close your paypal account you will still get them.

They are just 'fake' paypal emails sent from an internet cafe somewhere in another continent normally by a scammer using hijacked or anonymous email addresses.

They send them out to as many email addresses as they can locate and 'some' of those email addresses may be linked to paypal accounts so then the scam may work, if the person does not have an email account then they would know they were spoofs and just delete them anyway.

Paypal can't stop them as they are not done via paypals site and the person sending them does not have a paypal account.

I get quite a few telling me my bank account has got problems and i need to change my email address, thing is i don't bank with that bank  😁
