Hi, A question about a Ebay seller from India who can’t pay me my refund through PayPal. Because he hasn’t got any money On his PayPal account...& he can’t reach PayPal as it is today with Covid 19. He is paying me back because the border is closed (so we made a deal-know him). Also I have tried to get the answer 3 times from Ebay (Facebook) were they usually answer. I have now suggested that he pay me thrue PayPal.me. Which he tried yesterday. He is supposed to pay back $26,50 US but when he writes that using his Visa card it says when he comes to Send $37,30. This is what he informs me. I can only guess that it’s a fee for the card or PayPal? I have no idea, I never used PayPal.me. I hope you understood me....very confusing. Thauts why I need someone who understands what I mean:) Grateful for the help “he” needs;)
