I'm currently selling a boat on a couple websites and received a text from a person asking about the boat. However, red flag went up when he sent this message, "due to some reasons I would be paying you through PayPal, do you have a PayPal account to receive the payment?" I indicated I did not and he sent this, "I do strictly cash deals but presently I am on an assignment in NY and that is why I am offering to pay you via paypal. I have been using paypal to buy and sell for years and I have never fo ronce had any problems whatsoever. I also have %100 customer rating with paypal and i'll send full payment as soon as you provide me with your paypal email address....Thanks Jordan". PayPal does have protections for my item. Any input would be great.
