I would like to use Paypal in Myanmar because some of the payment only accept Paypal and I'm difficult make the payment. In Myanmar, we can use various Credit Cards and these cards are working very well at all countries. I think there is no issue to link our credit card and paypal account. Please let me know how could I officially open the paypal account with Myanmar. Thanks.
Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer. There are quite a few countries where paypal is unavailable at the moment.
