I just made a paypal account today and I have 2 debit cards- BDO and BPI. I got confused so I put in Bank of The Phillipine Islands instead of Banco De Oro but the account number is for my BDO card. I have already transferred the money. Is there any way I can cancel the transfer since there is no such account on bpi? 🥺
