Have a Package shipped to the Us Address

I'm a Canadian Resident . But I'm purchasing a jacket from an individual. Can I have it shipped to an address in the US. Seeing that my account is Canadian with a Canadian address?

Normally you could add a gift address to your paypal account and check out using that one so that the seller has seller protection BUT

sadly you can't add an international address to a country specific paypal account.
