I have a PayPal Cash Plus account. Someone sent me money but I don't know how to get access to it. It won't let me transfer it to my prepaid debit card and I don't have a bank account or credit card. I tried to use the app at the store but it says I am not able to access the money. This is soooo frustrating!
Thank you so much for your response @kernowlass. I did try all the things mentioned in the article however none of them are working for me. I can't do a bank ttransfer as I don't have a checking or savings account. I get a message saying they are not able to update my account when I request to receive a card however they give no reason why. As far as receiving a check through the mail, I would have no way to cash it.
