HELP! NEW USER HERE

Im just adding a bank account to my paypal then i got this notif "Please confirm your debit or credit card to complete verification and remove the pre-set limits on your account." so its said wait for 5 to 7 business days but i accidentally request a new code twice and charge me total of $4. Can i refund it ? thank you

x1 will refund when you confirm the card.

The other x1 if un-used will be refunded and time out after 30 days (longer in some countries).

Make sure you use the last code requested as each time you request the previous one is cancelled.
