How can I get help canceling a payment? Made a payment as a PayPal guest to a fraudulent website. Resolution center does not show any transactions. Can't reach anyone by phone or the message feature. 

Help! How do I reach someone?

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (sadly not an option at the moment due to covid).

OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
