Can someone please clarify whether the fees for SELLING an item under goods and services via online/app are the same or different when using a personal vs business account within Australia? Are both 30c flat rate fee and 2.6% of the total or is one different??? Or is it 30c and 2.9%!!! I have googled so many times and keep coming up with different answers!!!

If you are 'selling' items then it does not matter which account you use as if its a selling transaction then you pay a fee.
Business accounts tend to be used by high volume sellers or registered business as they get more options on managing the account etc but you can equally sell on a personal account.
From the below link...
The fees are the same for all PayPal account types.

Fees in Australia appear to be 2.6% + $0.30 fee per transaction.
