I need to email additional information to PP, concerning a dispute, but cannot find an email address.

Normally you add any information in the dispute stage of the claim, once its a claim then you can only add information if paypal requests it and sends you an upload link.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
