Personal accounts have to be in one persons name only and if you want to withdraw funds then the name on the account has to match the name on the funding source you are withdrawing funds to, also you are only allowed 1 personal paypal account per person.
A business account is only for high volume sellers or registered businesses. The business name should match the name on the account you are withdrawing funds to.
Advice is voluntary.
