Replacement paypal access MasterCard

Hi, my Paypal Access Mastercard card has broken in two and I would like a replacement. How do I get one?

go to here and click account manager and click replacement card

depending on whether you select lost / stolen / damaged  they will either send a card out for free or they will bill you £5

Bit gutted that although my card is in tact, the card and pin no longer registers in any machines...yet I have to pay for a replacement. Surely this should be free of charge as it is a fault with the card, not anything that I have done. Havent even had the card that long...annoyed to say the least.
