I bought a packet of **bleep**s with my PayPal access card this morning.... So far I have had £7.19 taken out of my account at least 15 times...... Can you please tell me why this is?
Used my card in the local Tescos for a transaction of £5.65 so far paypal have taken that £5.65 out of my account 15 times and it's happenign every 5 minutes so by the time I've posted this another £5.65 would have been taken out, any one else havign that problem this (there goes another £5.65) morning?
Same is happening to me too.... £7.19 15 times so far! Phones PayPal and they know they have a problem and are apparently....... Lets sees how long this takes!! Lol
This has happen to me this morning my 10.46 has been taken out 6 times so far. I have tried ringing paypal on the 0845 but not recognising number, so just emailed let see how long it takes.
the same thing has just happened to me, spent £5.18 in asda and it has been taken 12 times. paypals tel no is unrecognised and ive been on hold for the access card helpline for 20 mins.
I'm having the same problem. I bought items totalling £13.98 on Saturday and it has emptied my account by taking it 10 times! Can't phone (unreachable number). I phoned the website where I bought stuff and they insist they have only taken out 1 x £13.98 so there is hope, I'll try phoning them again. I guess it must be a bug just happening today.
Mine is 14 times so far this morning after using my card at a BP garage. They only have one payment on record after checking their audits............ P*ssed off is an understatement. After transferring my funds to my pp account because I had to cancel my bank cards... I'm left with nothing..... !!!!!!
I have just ghot the phone after holding for 15 minutes. Paypal are aware this was happening and put a block on at 9.30am this morning so no more monies should be taken out of our accounts. its currently with the tech department who are hoping to sort this problem out asap, then monies will be put back into our accounts. Downside unfortunately they dont know how long this will take.
in the end they took the £5.65 out 28 times, that's 27 more than they should have and £152.55, why does their customer service number not work??? RUBBISH!!! God knows when or if I'll get this money back
