Can't add my card

Hi all - 

I keep trying to add a Visa card to my account, and I keep getting a message that the card is not accepted - have no clue why, there should be no problem, I check with my bank. 

Any thoughts why this might be happening?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
