Activiating Access Card - invalid security certificate

Good Morning, Just trying to activate my first PayPal Access card using Firefox (52.0.2). I went to the url on the sticker on the card (http://www.paypal.co.uk/accesscard/activate) which redirects to https://portal.prepaytec.com/chopinweb/activationLandingPage.do?customerCode=XXXX but I am met with a security warning page which says the following:
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Your connection is not secure.

The owner of portal.prepaytec.com has configured their web site improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this web site.

portal.prepaytec.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because it was signed using a signature algorithm that was disabled because that algorithm is not secure.

Error code: SEC_ERROR_CERT_SIGNATURE_ALGORITHM_DISABLED

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

I'm a bit nervous to try to proceed beyond this page, I can't even figure out how to do so.

Any help would be appriciated. Do I need to click the 'Add Exception...' button???

many thanks,

Trissy

Ok - just found a link on another thread which works

https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/accesscard

Still does't explain why the link on the actual card and in the reminder email is being blocked on my browser due to the security certificate. Perhaps someone at Paypal could contact prepaytec and get them to update their security certificate. cheers.
