YET AGAIN THE PROBLEM OF THE PAYPAL ACCESS CARD DECLINING EVERYWHERE

RING THEM CANT GET THROUGH TO THEM

WHEN WILL PAYPAL BE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT?????

tried that you get nowhere only we cant do anything but contact card services if you go through facebook or twitter

you try ringing customer services you never get through

this is a consistent and persistent problem with 100s if not thousands of the paypal mastercards at a time since September.

I honestly do not understand why paypal havent transfered the contract to another card provider, as the company whos name escapes me has breached their contract and service standard so many times.

Probably like other customer i will end up reporting them to the ombudsman.
