Need bank to verify Paypal-no minimum balance, no monthly payment, no telecheck and no credit check.

I have been looking all over the net for a bank that is compatible with paypals verification setup but requires no credit check or telechck.  It would be great if it required no min. balance or no to low monthly payment.  Any help would be gladly appreciated-.NO BLACKHAT TACTICS.

Not sure anyone understands what you're looking for.  There are plenty of banks that don't require a minimum balance, in order to make up for that, they simply charge you high monthly fee to maintain an account.

Thanks for taking the time out, let me try to be clear.  NO TO LOW MONTHLY PAYMENTS-PREFERABLY NONE, NO MIN. BALANCE, NO TELECHECK, NO CREDIT CHECK, COMPATIBLE WITH PAYPAL VERIFICATION.  What banks are available?

Unfortunately your concern is not really anything PayPal, (you're simply looking for a bank with specific features) you may just want to Google.
