How do I close a complaint?

I opened a dispute and then a claim because I had not received the product purchased, and the information the seller company provided was not sufficient for me to know that the product was actually in transit for delivery. No delivery forecast was provided and only a link with shipping code, which did not provide any additional information, only that the product was shipped.
It happens that yesterday the product arrived, after more than 1 month.
I entered the site to cancel the complaint, but I did not find this option on the complaint page. This option existed while I was still in litigation, after I turned the litigation into a claim, I no longer have this option.
How do I now cancel the complaint once the product has arrived?
