My company is using paid memberships pro to process website transactions. During the first day, everything seemed to be functioning correctly - we were using Paypal Express Checkout.
However, recently we've encountered two issues:
When using Paypal Express, during checkout it will throw the error "Something went wrong: missing PROFILESTATUS"
We attempted to switch to website payments pro, but then it throws the error: "This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant’s account is not able to process transactions"
The website processes and handles free memberships just fine, which tells us this is an integration issue. Any assistance?
