Whenever some one tries to buy from my store with PayPal it says that it violates PayPal user agreement. How do I fix?
I have talked to PayPal customer service numerous times they don't know what is going on here , also contacted to technical support for this matter they said its a matter of customer support.
I have checked on internet its shows an error of 13122 . but now sure what is happening . please help me with this issue if someone got this issue and resolved it.
