This error is showing while charging a card on my website , I have tried sandbox and it is working perfectly fine .
I am unable to charge any card through the paypal pop up window as well .This merchant was working fine on my previous account but after i switched to new account it is unable to charge then i also tried to try with the old credentials . Still facing the same issue ..
