Error getting response for [PayPalAPIAASoapBinding.GetAuthDetails:Request 1]; javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure
PayPal made security updates and it looks like your server isn't qualifying. Specifically, HTTP requests need to be made over TLS 1.2 now. Here is some info from PayPal about that: https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/tls-http-upgrade
