Paypal Merchant Create Recurring Profile :- DPRP is disabled

Hi,

I am using https://github.com/paypal/merchant-sdk-php for recurring payment and sandbox account.

Whenever I am trying to call api CreateRecurringPaymentsProfile. But it always returns 'DPRP is disabled'.

I am facing issue with create recurring profile. Can you please enable it ? or let me know if anything remaining from my end.

Please help me ASAP.
