I use ShipStation and suddenly my API connection to PayPal isn't working.

Everything was working just fine until suddenly my "PayPal store" on ShipStation was completely gone. (Another store connection is working just fine) I have a help ticket created with ShipStation but am wondering if anyone else has had this problem.   The API connection appears to be 100% correct in PayPal which tells me, when I follow SS instructions to add them, that SS is already registered with the PayPal API.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  THANK YOU.
