Having 10001 errror

Hello,

I am having an issue with nvp/soap API. I am getting an Error 10001. I have double-checked my credentials and all are correct. My API username is 

[removed].atharvsoftwares.com. Can you please help me to solve that?

This error can mean that the PayPal servers are acting up, but if it's happening on a regular basis then it could mean you have a problem with your request.

Can you post a sample of the raw request you're sending to PayPal?
