Error #11586. DPRP is disabled. DPRP is disabled for this merchant

Can someone help me to enable the DPRP on my live account? I got this problem when send data to PayPal after collected customer credit card. PayPal rejected to create a subscription plan for my order due to this error #11586. DPRP is disabled. DPRP is disabled for this merchant. Thanks

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately, we MTS doesn't have account level access to enable/toggle account settings. PayPal MTS mainly provides assistance with integrating PayPal as a payment solution on merchant web sites.

I have added a special note for our PayPal Customer service team to help you enabling the DPRP feature for your account.  

I request to please contact our PayPal Customer service via link - https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone), who should be able to help you enabling the respective feature.

Once the feature is enabled by our Merchant Solutions team, you should be able to perform API calls without any issues.
