Create Recurring Payments Profile using express checkout

Hello Sir

I want recurring payment using express checkout.

"CreateRecurringPaymentsProfile" api and same example see in google and github.

PHP SDK used but my question is "CreateRecurringPaymentsProfile"  here card detail also pass in api and that is mandatory field.

Recurring profile create using paypal hosted page or without card detail data in api is this possible?
