I've just set up a website and the cost of my product is £13.95, however everyone who has bought a copy has only been charged $5. How do I change this

If you have a Personal Account, the item button code you're using has to edited on your web page. As there's not a lot of info included with your post, that's really all that can be shared. We would need more details - web site host, HTML Editor, etc.
Note, if you have a Business Account, most likely the item button code you need to change is stored on the PayPal servers - you would go back to My Saved Buttons in your account, edit the button and save. No need to recopy the code back to your web page.
