Hello, I'm from Costa Rica and when I try to associate a credit card there is request of adress, nevertheless It does'n allow me to fill my adress of Costa Rica, It just have USA options.
What I did was to use an USA adress for the moment, but when I try to make a payment they it show a message saying I cannot make the payment by credit card and request me to add a bank account in the States!!
I don't live in USA , I don't have a bank account in USA....how can I make the payment that I need???
Please, help.
