Widthdraw money from Costa Rica

Hi, I live in Costa Rica and need to withdraw money from my paypal account.

Is there a way to do this without having to open an US bank account?

According to the PayPal Worlwide page, Costa Rica PayPal members can withdraw funds only to a US bank account. Here's the link to the Worldwide page...

I have the same problem. How could I withdraw funds from Costa Rica. Or how could I open a bank account in the US? Does PayPal provides a way to affiliate online with a credit card supplier (eg. Payonner) to withdraw funds?
