I am trying to sell something on ebay and when I get to the paypal part and put in my visa card number, it tells me that I already have a paypal acccount using that card number. apparently I set one up some time ago but forgot all the particulars. I can't figure out how to retrieve that original account and use it. How can I find it. I only have one visa card so I can't use another card like I am being prompted todo. Thanks.
debbieh- Really your best option would be to give our customer service a call. We can search for your old account with your credit card number, and hopefully jog enough memories to enable to you log in and get things taken care of.
