kindly please help me i want to remove my debit card no to another account but can't access anymore
to my previous account which i used previous now i get this message

information associated with this account has been blocked from the PayPal system
and cannot be registered with another account.
and can't log in please help me i want to delete my previous account & the same card no use to my this account
please help me admins asap
