I opened my account when i was living in the states.. now i moved to europe and want to change my account setting, such as my address. but i cant change it cause the infos i provided to get the security code no longer apply. what can i do?
You cannot change your address to a country that is different from the country you used when you opened your account. You will need to open a new PayPal account.
