Today I put together an order and then went to pay for it. SUDDENLY, out of nowhere, my password is invaid. It is NOT invalid. It's the SAME password that I use when I order from Amazon and ebay. I don't want to change my password although there are plenty of screens which say I must. I do not MUST. I want the same-0, same-0 password that I've used for months and months an months. How can I get BuyCostumes.com to accept my password?
I know what you mean when you say you do not want to change your password, I have to many to remember myself. One thing you could do is try to reset your password using the same password. I hope my suggestion works.
