Paypal Account Optional - Option doesn't exist

Hi, I have a verified business account, but the Paypal Account Optional option is totally missing!!! Do you have any idea why?

Welcome to the Community .

PayPal Account Optional allows customers to complete website payments with PayPal even if they don’t have a PayPal account.

Here’s how to turn on PayPal Account Optional: Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account, Click "Profile" near the top of the page, Click "My selling tools," Click "Update" near "Website preferences," Select "On" under "PayPal Account Optional" near the bottom of the page and Click "Save."

I have the same problem same as trans4music.

I can't on/off in the "PayPal Account Optional" because there is NO "PayPal Account Optional" section. (So trans4music said "Option doesnt' exist") I check my another paypal account to make sure it and there is "PayPal Account Optional" section(Both are "verified" and "business" account). Can you tell me what's going on my account?

Welcome to the Community .

It sounds like you may need to contact PayPal directly and we can take a look at your PayPal account with you.

To contact PayPal directly - log into your PayPal account, click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the screen and you will be given a phone number and a PIN.

Called Paypal re: this same issue. Make sure the email address on file is confirmed. Once it is, the "Account Optional" option should appear.
