I have the same problem same as trans4music. I can't on/off in the "PayPal Account Optional" because there is NO "PayPal Account Optional" section. (So trans4music said "Option doesnt' exist") I check my another paypal account to make sure it and there is "PayPal Account Optional" section(Both are "verified" and "business" account). Can you tell me what's going on my account?
