How do you block out of country buyers, since I am not set up for out of country shipping?
You can block payments from users who have a non-USA PayPal account, and you can block payments sent in a currency which you do not hold.
Login to your PayPal account, click on the "Profile" tab and select "Payment Receiving Preferences" in the right hand column to set the preferences.
For eBay listings, you can block buyers who are located in countries to which you do not ship. That preference is in your "My eBay" account settings.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
