I've gone in to my account settings to correct my time zone but I can't find it on the drop-down list. My time zone is UTC +10:00 (Guam, Port Moresby). Any help with this matter is greatly appreciated!

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
