As the title says. And thanks to that, I can't verify my account.
The problem is that I tried numerous times to link my bank account, but then for some odd reason the PayPal is saying "We're sorry, but that bank can't be linked to any more PayPal accounts. Please link a different bank account." And I don't understand why it would say that because I've never had my account linked to anything...
It's frustrating because I have a shop on etsy, and this problem is preventing me from being able to accept my payments.
