Every time I try to login create password, and it fails...

Ok, been about a month since I was actually able to login to my account so I had to create a new one just so I can get some help with my old one. When I try to login to my old account it requires me to create a new password, so I attempt to do so, but before it completes it says that the action I tried to perform failed. It then wants me to start over but it is just a loop and I get nowhere. I dont get whats going on but I need some help here.

the same thing happens to me, this is sooo frustrating, i can't use my account at all because of this. And the worst part about it is that I don't want to change my password or anything, paypal is just forcing me to do this because i logged onto my paypal on someone else's computer.

having the same login problems that these people are having and i have yet to get this fixed...my product that i was going to get is now gone,,now i have a bad mark against me for this..!Has anyone received any help with these problems?
