Hello guys, my friend forgot his account password and when we use reset password feature - we receive 'How to reset your PayPal password' email just all right, but whenever we click on 'reset your password now' link it says:
We weren't able to confirm that you're the account holder
It seems to skip account confirmation steps (like entering credit card number, security question etc). Maybe ist because my friend's credit card got expired?
We would create fresh account, but we need to claim a payment from that unaccessible one.
Can anybody please help?
