Emails from paypal like receipts of payment and confirmations are inthe wrong language, in French not English? There seems to be no setting to fix this. A French person used my computer once to access paypal a month ago. What do I do?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
