I am linked with Ebay so PayPal is supposed to pay my Ebay balance on the 15th of every month. (I realize there's a window of a few days before they pay it). I usually make a one-time payment when it reaches $10. because I don't want a HIGH balance. This month I decided to wait and let PayPal pay the total invoice amount which still hasn't been paid. It's been 13 days and my balance is climbing up there. I want to make a one-time payment to bring it down, however, I'm afraid if I do that, it will conflict with the payment PayPal is supposed to make. Does anybody know why it hasn't been paid yet?
