Is there a way to store client information (name, address, phone number, credit card numbers) that I can use to process credit card transactions for them in the future through my Virtual Terminal?

Hello LaneG,
Welcome to the Forums.
You can call PayPal directly and request a feature called "Reference Transactions" for Virtual Terminal transactions, that would collect your customers card information to charge at a later time. There is an approval process that you would have to go through to use this feature.
