I like to add up my checking account to my new paypal account,but I can not do it because it is already assigned to other account.My checking account is the only way of paying my paypal bill,I asked to cancel the old account but they cannot find it. what should I do to resolve this problem?
Call PayPal... login to your PayPal account, click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any PayPal website page and select the "Call Us" option to obtain a Web PIN number and the PayPal phone number for your account.
I have also tried forever to close an account but cannot get past "your account cannot be closed at this time". I have been directed to first withdraw the remaining funds BUT the reason I want to close the account is that I cannot withdraw funds! Hows do get out of this vicious circle?
