Address appears blank to seller...?

Until last week, I have never had an issue with PayPal. However, due to a "routine review" my account was "limited" until I provided proof of identity. I provided all documents necessary and my account has been restored (or so I thought)...

I purchased an item today and the seller informed me that my address appears blank to her. This also happened with another person I attempted to purchase from later during the day. I checked my PayPal profile and, on my end, my address is filled in. I tried to update the address (re-entering the same address) and I received notification that I didn't change anything. I do not understand why my address is not showing to the seller... What can I do to fix it?
