For the second time this week, Paypal wouldn't let me pay a bill with my credit card. It kept saying "Please link your bank account". I refuse to set up my bank account, cuz I don't want to go down that route. I want to pay with my credit card, (and I have tons of room on my credit card, so it's not that). Why won't it let me pay with my credit card...and I can't contact anyone at Paypal asking this!!!
