Why hasn't my bank transfer cleared yet

I transfered some money into my paypal account from my bank, and it said the money should clear by the 20 but yet it is the 20th and no money is showing in my account why????   it has already been pulled from my bank but still not showing in paypal

It will take another day if you don't live in the US because their time zones are different. If you have further questions just contact paypal they will tell you whats going on.
