Vanilla Prepaid Mastercard, No Balance?

Hey there,

I'm new to the PayPal community and I already seem to be having some difficulties. I purchased a $100 Prepaid Vanilla Mastercard yesterday and created my PayPal account today. I entered all of the required fields (codes, expiry date etc.) and it says I have a $0 ballance. Does anybody know what is wrong?

EDIT: I checked my balance on the MasterCard website and it says I am already down to $96.93, I'm not sure what I purchased, but it is all from PayPal.

Not for sure but since it's a prepaid that might be an issue as it's not tied back to your bank.  Not for sure.
